200 South Street Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least three (3) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seventy-two (72) hours of* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
A 60 day cancellation notice is required on large group bookings of 5 or more rooms, a deposit will also be taken per room.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high/low impact periods.
Parking: On-site parking is included for one vehicle per room. Please park as compactly as possible as we have a limited amount of space. We can also provide validation for the Water Street Parking Garage.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking, Vaping, Incense, Open Flames inside (Damage charges may apply up to $550) ; however smoking is allowed out of doors.
200 South Street Inn does not provide facilities for pets. If traveling with pets please make arrangements for their boarding prior to arrival.
